Tom was one of the most inspiring people I have ever met. He taught me things without even realizing it. He always had a smile no matter what the situation was, good or bad. He always loved to see me, as I did him. When I heard he was in the hospitial , I was there to see him in less then 2 hours. When I walked in the roon he was having a visit with cousin Charlie. He was very sweet and kind and Tom got a kick out of him, as he has told me many times! He was so happy to see me, his blue eyes lit right up. He hugged me so tight and gave me a kiss on the cheek, and asked me to have a seat, I did. We talked and talked and talked. I will cherish those talks for the rest of my life!! Tom had a heart of gold. I'm glad I met him and have got to know him! He has totaly impacted my life....I will miss him dearly, may he rest in peace...I just keep telling myself it's not Goodbye Tom, It's see you later..
